The Center for Cyber Safety and Education, formerly (ISC)2 Foundation, offers a variety of different scholarships to students who are aspiring information security professionals.
Eligibility:
- Must be pursuing, or plan to pursue, a degree with a focus on cybersecurity or information assurance.
- Undergraduate applicants may be seniors in high school, freshman, sophomores, or juniors studying cybersecurity or a related field. Seniors should apply for the graduate scholarship, and should be beginning the first or second year of a Master’s Degree program or pursuing doctoral studies in a related field
- GPA must be at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or an analogous rank based on a comparable scale)
- Note: If you have just been accepted to Graduate School, or are just beginning classes, you will use the final cumulative GPA from your undergraduate degree transcript to meet this criteria
- You may be a citizen of any country (US citizenship not required)
- May be attending on campus or online
- May be attending full time or part time
- May be attending in the US or Internationally
- You do not currently need to be enrolled, however no awards will be disbursed until the recipient is enrolled in a college or university.
- If awarded: the award will be sent to the school with instructions that it be applied to tuition, fees and books.
Graduate Cybersecurity Scholarship:
- Graduate students often need funding to conduct special research projects or assistance with tuition and fees; the (ISC)² Graduate Scholarship Program helps grad students achieve those goals. Graduate applicants may be awarded up to $5,000 each. Graduate scholarships will open to applications March 1, 2018

Undergraduate Cybersecurity Scholarship:
- Aspiring information security professionals have the opportunity to ease some of their educational financial burden with the (ISC)² Information Security Undergraduate Scholarship, offering undergraduate students studying information security up to $5,000 per recipient. Applications will open on February 1, 2018.

Women's Cybersecurity Scholarship:
- The Center offers scholarships to inspire women to join the ever-growing field of Information Security. The Center for Cyber Safety and Education awards scholarships up to $40,000 in the Women’s Scholarship category. Women's Scholarships open to applications beginning January 1, 2018.
