I’m a fourth-year student double majoring in Psychology and Sociology. My research includes an NSF-funded PIRE project in Psycholinguistics on how bilinguals perceive and categorize vowel sounds in their second language and an honors thesis in Psychology on the day-to-day effects of social and work withdrawal on mood. In the long-term, I hope to pursue a career in Psychology that includes both clinical practice and research to help elevate the lives of individuals.
