Poster Board Requests
Poster boards are available for events held at University Park. To ensure adequate time for scheduling and coordination, requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your event. Before submitting a request, please review the policies below and gather all required information and attachments.
Policies
- Poster boards are available to rent for events at University Park and university affiliated events in the State College area.
- There is no rental fee for the boards themselves. The requesting unit is responsible for labor costs related to delivery, setup, and removal by OPP.
- Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event. This is required for requesting delivery and setup. Exceptions cannot be granted.
- Changes cannot be made to reservations within 2 weeks of the event date. This is required for requesting delivery and setup.
- Exceptions cannot be granted.
- Boards cannot be moved after setup.
- The requesting department is responsible for any damage to poster boards that occurs during the rental period and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
Information Needed for a Request
Please have the following information ready before submitting your request:
- Requestor name and email address
- Onsite contact name, phone number, and email address
- Requesting unit
- Event name and brief description
- Event date(s)
- Number of boards requested
- Event location
- Requested delivery date and time
- Requested removal date and time
- Responsible cost center or IO
Required Attachments
- PDF of the 25Live reservation confirmation (if the space was reserved through 25Live)
- PDF showing the proposed board layout
