Project Horseshoe Farm

The Project Horseshoe Farm Fellowship is an immersive 13-month gap-year service and leadership program focused on community health, education, and nonprofit engagement. Fellows live together while working closely with local partners to provide relationship-based support to vulnerable populations, including children, adults living with mental illness, and seniors, through volunteer service and community engagement activities. In addition to hands-on experience in areas such as health coaching, classroom support, and local civic involvement, Fellows participate in seminars, mentorship, and leadership development while receiving shared housing and an educational grant to help offset living and transportation costs.
