This online workshop (held via Zoom) meets on Monday afternoons (3:30-5 PM) for three weeks. This workshop takes the content as our in-person workshop but divides it across three sessions. The workshop aims to help faculty strengthen their mentoring capabilities by providing resources and guidance on cultivating healthy, mutually beneficial mentor-mentee relationships. 

You will learn the following: 

How to communicate across diverse dimensions
Establish clear expectations; and
Create safe, inclusive research environments with attention to equity and inclusion. 

Presented by the Office Undergraduate Education in collaboration with the Office of Faculty Affairs and with support from the ORP.
