This study examined the differences in anthropometric and physiological variables based on fitness among undergraduate college students. Data was collected via an online survey (demographics and physical activity) and an objective fitness assessment (Anthropometrics and physiological variables). Participants were categorized into aerobic fitness quartiles, and differences examined using one-way ANOVAs. Anthropometric and physiological variables differed significantly between the least and most fit, suggesting greater attention should be paid to the health of those less fit.
