Smart Home technology is a relatively new technology. It is extremely expensive, and has the potential to be vulnerable. In this research project, the primary goal is to create a cheaper platform for smart home technology so it is accessible to people who cannot afford the current technology. I will also be looking at the vulnerabilities related to smart home technology to better educate consumers.
