The qualitative genre analysis methods have similarly been developed and validated in prior work. We propose a model to conduct vector-based sentence classification. The model first uses Word Embedding techniques to vectorize the sentences, followed by the use of a corpus of literature review sections from the ASME Journal of Engineering for Gas Turbines and Power . The model will learn the semantics and the dependencies between the sentences and their previously-established genre categories.
