Accurate assessment of thermal properties of MoS2, a two-dimensional layered semiconductor material, is essential for the development of ultra-efficient low power electronic devices based on this material. However, thermal properties of MoS2 are not well understood due to limitations associated with existing experimental techniques. In this study, thermoreflectance thermal imaging and Raman thermometry will be used to obtain accurate data for thermal conductivity calculation.
