Distribution Model of Arabidopsis

Christina Yim

The biogeography and its distribution range of the model plant organism, Arabidopsis, is studied using computational approaches. The distribution model presents the general predicted distribution range of the species. This distribution range potentially will provide some important insights about the geographical distribution and climatic amplitude of the species. The permutation importance of various environmental data such as mean annual temperature, ParFall, aridity index, maximum July temperature and altitude are scored based on distribution model.
