The aim of this research was to examine the relationship between college student’s physical activity, diet, and substance use and academic performance. Data was collected from college students concerning demographics, physical activity, fruit and vegetable consumption, and substance use, as well as cumulative GPA. Analyses revealed that GPA was lower among those who were less physically active, displayed unhealthy eating habits, and used substances thus highlighting the link between health behaviors and academic performance
