We study a nonlocal particle model describing traffic flow on rough roads. Each car adjusts its speed according to the condition over an interval, leading to a system of nonlocal ODEs. We seek stationary wave profiles and show that depending on the case, there exists one, infinitely many, or no profiles. Various numerical simulations are presented. We establish convergence of these profiles to a local particle model and a nonlocal PDE model.
