Using ImageJ to Create Montages of High Resolution Electron Microscope Images

Joseph Fabrizio

Electron microscopy is a powerful tool utilized to study subcellular structures. EM allows for high resolution images with a trade off of field of view. To overcome this, multiple images can be stitched together with ImageJ plugins to create a larger field of view with the desired high resolution. My poster is designed to educate others on the benefits, techniques, and limitations behind using the FEI Tecnai BioTwin and ImageJ to create high resolution montages.
