RNase MRP is an essential eukaryotic ribonucleoprotein complex involved in the maturation of rRNA and the regulation of the cell cycle. It is partially homologous to RNase P, but it has some unique roles in cellular mechanisms. In this project, we solved the 3.0 Å Cryo-EM structure of S. cerevisiae RNase MRP holoenzyme, showing the interaction between components and the differences between RNase P and RNase MRP.
