Leadership in STEM

by John Biscanti
Combining the various leadership theories for the analysis of what makes an effective leader in engineering is essential to create a productive, effective, and ethical society. Interviews are given to students with STEM backgrounds with the aim to learn about whether someone's leading style is people-oriented or task-oriented. This data can then be used to compare results and hopefully be used to create a model that connects different categories together.
